At Invicta TCG Ltd, one of the UK's leading suppliers of Japanese Pokemon TCG stock, we're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and support our wholesale partners and retail customers.
What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for wholesale and retail inquiries (phone, email, CRM).
Provide support on orders, stock availability, delivery updates, and returns.
Accurately log and manage customer interactions in our CRM system.
Work with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounts) to ensure smooth resolutions.
Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership until completion.
Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in customer service or wholesale account support.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
A professional, patient, and proactive approach.
Knowledge of trading card games (Pokemon TCG experience is a bonus!).
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Xero Accounting software is desirable.
