www.kitepackaging.co.uk is the Ecommerce website for Kite Packaging - a major national distributor of packaging products via a carrier network. Due to the number of orders / items we currently despatch on a daily basis, we are taking a lot of inbound enquiries via the phone, email and live chat in reference to deliveries, orders and general queries.
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in an office based customer service role.
The successful candidate will also have the following skills:
Clear and professional telephone manner
Experience of dealing and handling a high level of calls and queries
Possess excellent listening and problem solving skills
Strong administration and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent delivery focus under pressure and used to working to deadlines
Comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Willing to go the extra mile
