Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team on the front line. You will be the first point of contact for our tenants, providing support, resolving queries and making a real difference in people's lives every day. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and experience in a fast-paced, multi-platform customer service environment. The ability to speak and write in Welsh fluently is essential for this role.

Base:

Hybrid working - Office and Home

Hours:

22.2 per week (Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri)
