Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels. utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions, update records, and track case progress effectively. Provide detailed information about our financial products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed. Analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and expectations met or exceeded. 1Link system experience.

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions swiftly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Organised approach with excellent time management capabilities. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving service standards.
