KEY DUTIES:
Answer inbound calls from customers identifying their needs to maximise orders
Deal with customers in a way that achieves the highest level of customer service
Make calls to existing customers to promote new deals
Accurately input telephone and email orders
Manage customer accounts in relation to back orders, shortages and general information
Carry out back office administration, ensuring reports are actioned daily and reporting methods are adhered to
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role is required
Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to pick up bespoke systems
Strong communicator - Excellent Customer Service
Self motivated individual with ability to work under pressure
Teamwork - a team player who can play an active role in a dynamic team
Customer focused/drive to deliver improved customer satisfaction
Good organisational skills
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
23 days holidays (rising to 25 days), + your birthday off as extra!
