In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our buyers,
providing exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, order processing & resolving issues, and ensure a positive experience with our financial services.

Experience on eBay & Amazon would be helpful.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications. Assist customers in understanding our financial services and products, guiding them through processes as needed. Identify and analyse customer issues to provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and financial products to provide accurate information. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector. Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
