We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of

Customer Service Advisor, based in Isle of Man.





As a Customer Service Advisor you will be holding face to face appointments with potential and existing clients. Opening new accounts and products as well as servicing their needs. Delivering a personalised and friendly service every day. You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations - determining the best was we can to support them.


This role will require you to be flexible, well organised and happy to work in a dynamic environment.



In this role, you will have:

Passion for delivering superior customer service Excellent organisation and time management skills Previous experience in working in a customer facing environment Previous office experience and IT literate Previous experience in a banking environment would be an advantage.
