Our customers come to Craig & Rose for expert advice, beautiful colours and great service. As a

Customer Service Advisor

, you'll be the friendly voice (and helpful email) guiding them through everything from choosing the right paint to chasing up a delivery. Alongside this, you'll also support the wider team by handling some of the admin behind our sales process, from logging orders to keeping things ticking along smoothly.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives on variety and is happy juggling customer conversations with behind-the-scenes coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer-first tasks:

Answering customer queries by phone, email and live chat - always with a helpful, can-do attitude Supporting online and retail customers with advice on products, colour selection and aftercare Investigating and resolving delivery issues or product concerns quickly and professionally Logging feedback and spotting trends that could help improve how we work

Sales admin support:

Processing orders, returns and exchanges in our systems Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams with stock checks, price queries and product listings Liaising with our warehouse and courier partners to keep deliveries on track Helping maintain accurate customer and sales records

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience in customer service or admin (ideally both) Communicates clearly and confidently - both written and spoken Can stay calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems Is organised, proactive and comfortable switching between customer and admin tasks Has a positive mindset and works well with others
