Qualifications
Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
Excellent Telephone Manner
Strong Customer Service skills
Experience in a customer service, call center, or similar role preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent required, additional qualifications in customer service or related fields is a plus
