MJS Garage Services Ltd. is looking for an energetic and proactive
Customer Service Advisor
to support our workshop and ensure customers enjoy a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Welcome customers and manage bookings in an organised, friendly manner
Communicate clearly with customers about issues affecting their vehicles
Relay information between mechanics and customers
Call customers to provide repair quotes and obtain authorisations
Help keep the workshop running efficiently and on schedule
Contribute to sales by confidently explaining recommended work and services
Get involved in day-to-day operations -- we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in!
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service or front-of-house experience (automotive experience a bonus)
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
A positive, energetic attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in discussing repairs and recommendations
Highly organised and able to multitask
Team player with a willingness to learn and support others
