We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience while effectively addressing their needs. This position requires strong communication skills and an analytical mindset to resolve issues efficiently.

Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. Handle complaints and resolve issues by analysing customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and financial services offerings.

Skills



Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable. Previous experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess situations, identify problems, and implement solutions promptly. A proactive approach to customer service with a commitment to delivering high-quality support. Pay: 24,420.00-32,938.22 per year
