You will play a key role in engaging with members and contributing to a safe, fun and inclusive sport and fitness environment.
Integral to Sport & Exercise, the Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in promoting a positive, and inclusive culture and member experience. The post holder will demonstrate exemplary customer service and strong organisational skills, delivering a welcoming, efficient and proactive support service to members and guests.
We are seeking to appoint one full-time Customer Service Advisor to support service delivery at the Pleasance Sports Complex. Working a 3 weekly rotating shift pattern consisting of early mornings, evenings and weekends, you will share responsibility with a team of Customer Service Advisors in engaging members, bringing high energy to the role, and showing a genuine commitment to excellent customer care.

Confident communication skills across in-person, phone and digital channels, with a pro-active and positive manner
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks accurately and efficiently
A commercial mindset, with confident in promoting and upselling memberships and merchandise
A team oriented approach, contributing positively to a welcoming and inclusive environment.
