We're looking for an experienced
Customer Service Adviser
to join our
Ferndown Centre
team -- someone who's flexible, organised, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This role combines reception, administration, and customer care -- perfect for a friendly professional who likes variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Provide a professional, friendly welcome to all clients -- in person, by phone, and by email
Manage diaries, appointments, and daily administration
Keep accurate records and handle payments
Support the audiology team by anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
Maintain a calm, organised environment even on busy days
Embrace ongoing training to develop your knowledge of hearing care
