Join our dedicated Customer Service team at The Newt in Somerset and play a vital role in supporting our

retail channels

. From assisting with product enquiries to processing orders and refunds, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Assist customers in placing new orders, tracking existing ones and managing returns and refunds Share your expertise on our products offering substitution and complementary recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Collaborate with various departments in the Commerce division to provide accurate and timely information. Help improve our customer support systems by contributing to the development of our Support Knowledge Base, scripts, and other documentation.

What we're looking for



Previous customer service experience is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure Comfortable with technology when navigating software systems, emails and social media

Based at Avalon Farm, with the rest of out online retail team, our customer service team are the key connector between our customers and our warehouse. They ensure everyone who orders from The Newt in Somerset experiences the same high-level of customer satisfaction.
