We have a fantastic full time opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Gatwick Coach Station.
The shifts for this onsite position will be 38 hours split into 12 hour shifts.
Shifts will be 3 on, 3 off alternating between 06:50 - 18:15 and 08:35 - 20:00
The Customer Service Advisor role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy transport environment, selling tickets in and around onsite at Gatwick Coach Station, answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met.
