You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service, support, and advice across multiple industries. You'll be handling inbound and outbound communications, building rapport, solving problems, and ensuring customers have the best possible experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat Supporting multiple client campaigns with a tailored service approach Managing customer queries, orders, and follow-ups efficiently Collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to drive results Representing a wide range of brands across different sectors with professionalism and energy

What We're Looking For:

A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships Previous customer service or sales experience (bonus if it's in a fast-paced environment) Adaptability to switch between different clients and industries Problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude Drive, resilience, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
