About the Role:

As a

Customer Service Advisor

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - answering queries, solving problems, and delivering excellent service with confidence and care. This is a

not a call centre

job - it's a varied, people-first role with a personal touch and the chance to really connect with customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Providing product information and resolving issues efficiently Updating systems and maintaining accurate customer records Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth service Supporting general admin and customer service operations

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and great at communication Calm under pressure and able to solve problems with a smile Highly organised and detail-focused Comfortable using email, phones, and computer systems A team player who enjoys working with people
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is helpful - but not essential. The right attitude is what we're really looking for, and full training will be provided.
