Customer Service Advisor: Office Based

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full ownership of the customers experience Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers Handle all incoming calls and emails Deal with customer queries and refer them to other departments if required Ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner Update customers on delivery and availability of stock Processing uplift, shortages, POD's, and any other queries Crediting and re-invoicing. Work with other departments i.e. supply chain, warehouse, external sales and technical to enhance the customer experience Providing quotations Processing orders and quotes on SAP Working with external carriers Offer alternatives and product knowledge Direct customers to distributors

JOB ROLE

Reporting to: Customer Service & QMS Manager

This position would suit someone with an interest in customer service, adequate IT skills and good telephone manner Full training will be provided

REQUIREMENTS

Good IT skills and a general idea of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Good written and oral communication skills Comfortable with working with data Resilience under pressure. Passionate about delivering a good customer experience Patient and friendly personality/team player. Good time management
