We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to analyse customer needs and communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner whilst sticking to strict SLA policies.
Analyse customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the relevant systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and assist customers with their product needs.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail sector.
Proficiency in using Edesk, Linnworks and the Microsoft Suite is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
A passion for gaming and simulation racing would be preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
