Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday - 9am - 4pm
Duties include:
Raising orders on Netsuite
Raising lines for delivery of goods
Liaising with tenants and councils regarding goods
Keeping diaries updated
Meeting deadlines
Providing excellent customer service
Carrying out activities within the office as required by the needs of the business
Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard with regard to accuracy, timescales and
Relevance to the support required by the business
The candidates should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and work well under pressure, deal well with sensitive situations, work in a busy team environment and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Job Types: 6 months Temp with the possibilty to be kept on.
