Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their financial needs and queries. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and financial services offerings.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Analytical mindset with the capability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Previous experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
