To date, we have operations in 11 locations, employ over 300 staff and repair over 20,000 vehicles annually. But we are just getting started - we aim to continue our growth exponentially, and hope to be opening a repair centre near you sometime soon.

We are currently seeking an experienced

customer service advisor

to join our team at our state of the art Accident Repair Bodyshop in

Glasgow/East Kilbride

. A minimum of 2 years Customer Service background is required and experience within a Bodyshop or the Motor Trade is preferred but not necessary as all training will be given on site to the successful applicants.

As a Customer Service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Motor industry and contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties



Communicate with customers via phone, email and face to face. Arrange collection and delivery bookings in our diary system. Keep customers up to date with their repairs. Deal with any issues or complaints customers may have. Speak to insurance companies and other third parties on the phone. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers Carry out customer feedback calls to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions Great organisational skills Able to work as part of a team Ability to use and adapt to different computer systems Manage to work in a busy fast paced environment
