We're now hiring a

Customer Service Advisor

to join our dynamic and growing team in Glasgow.

As a contact for our customers, the successful applicant would be able to handle a wide range of queries and would be expected to deal with these in a professional manner. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure outstanding service is delivered to every customer from worldwide.

Primary Duties include

but are not limited to:



Respond customer enquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat), delivering top-tier support. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction. Reporting and KPIs recording. Stay informed about our products, services, policies, and international shipping regulations. Investigate and resolve order or delivery issues efficiently and professionally. Work closely with couriers and logistics teams to ensure timely resolutions. Accurately record and report customer feedback to help us improve. Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and wider team to uphold service excellence. Support additional departments when required--everyone pitches in!

Beyond the areas listed above, a successful candidate will be expected to roll up their sleeves and assist in other areas of the business as required.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
