We're looking for an experienced

full-time Customer Service Advisor

to join us on a permanent basis. Based in our modern premises in Glasgow, we are easily accessible via excellent transport links, with on-site parking available.

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across our group. You'll handle enquiries via email, and telephone regarding medication, deliveries, etc. while working closely with our pharmacy teams. The role will support both our community pharmacies and our online services, giving you a varied and rewarding experience.

We will provide full training on our processes and systems, allowing you to confidently support our patients and develop your skills.

The Role:

Acting as first point of contact for all patients Providing a friendly, expert service Liaising with patients for medication requests Communicating with our pharmacy team Processing patient refunds Answering customer's queries by email, phone and live chat Referring problems or queries to our pharmacy team

Requirements:

Experience working in a customer service role Excellent telephone manner and professional attitude Computer literacy and attention to detail Organised and logical approach Able to work quickly and accurately during busy periods Team player who can show initiative

Salary: 13ph

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
