Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor at ProCook - maternity cover - 45hrs over 2 weeks!

In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of fantastic.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will provide assistance, resolve issues, and deliver an outstanding level of service.

This role is a part time, maternity cover position and follows a two-week rotating schedule totaling 31 hours over 2 weeks. Weekend availability is a MUST on a rotational basis following training.

We have 2 roles available:

The rota for role 1:

Week 1: Mon, Tue 1pm to 6pm Wed, Thur, Fri - Off, Sat, Sun 1.30pm - 5pm

Week 2: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun - Off, Wed, Thur, Fri 1pm to 6pm

The rota for role 2:

Week 1: Mon, Tue 9am to 2 pm Wed, Thur, Fri - Off, Sat, Sun 10am to 1.30pm

Week 2: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun - Off, Wed, Thur, Fri 9am to 2pm

A Day in the Life:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through different communication channels (phone, email, live-chat). Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns. Work closely with the sales and operational teams to address customer concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer suggestions.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

This role follows a two-week rotating schedule totaling 31 hours over 2 weeks. Weekend availability will be required on a rotational basis following training. A strong passion for customer service and helping others. Must be confident speaking on the phone and answering customer queries. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in a customer service role or retail environment is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
