Trademaster are looking for a customer service handler to work for a garden distribution company based in Pollington

Shift Pattern is :

Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm

Must be able to drive as no public transport to the location

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Handler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and processing various tasks while ensuring effective communication and data management. This position requires a strong ability to analyse information, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional service. Multilingual candidates, particularly those who are bilingual in English and Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date. Analyse data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing clear information and support. Engage in upselling opportunities where appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in the training of new staff members on processes and best practices. Maintain a tidy and organised workspace to promote efficiency within the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages such as Spanish are advantageous. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to analyse information critically and make informed decisions based on findings. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
