Role Purpose


We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to join our branches in the role of

Customer Service Advisor.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be holding face to face appointments with potential and existing clients. Opening new accounts and products as well as servicing their needs. Delivering a Personalised and friendly service every day. You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations - determining the best was we can support them.


This role will require you to be flexible, well organised, and happy to work in a dynamic environment.



To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements.

Exceptional Customer Service levels, passion for delivering superior customer service experience. Previous experience in working in a customer facing environment. Excellent organisation and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and IT literate. Previous experience in a banking environment would be an advantage.

Where & when you'll work:

Our team operate between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 10:00-15.00 We are currently recruiting Customer Service Opportunities at our Guernsey Branch.
