Customer Service Advisor

Optimum Golf Technologies (OGT) is the exclusive distributor and support centre for the golf industry's leading trade and consumer technologies across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Main brands within the portfolio include Foresight Sports, the global leaders in launch monitors and simulator technology, and Bushnell Golf, industry leaders in distance measuring devices. Both brands are recognised as the gold standard by golfers, golf professionals, equipment manufacturers, and media outlets.

The Role

Develops a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of inquiries. Works in a fast-paced environment to address customer issues submitted via telephone and email.

Your key responsibilities

Answers inquiries via telephone or email promptly to enhance the customer service experience. Accurately records and logs interaction with our trade customers and updates account information. Receiving and process incoming orders to high level of accuracy. Monthly sales replenishment calls. Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction. Good knowledgeable understanding of products, ongoing support to agents and our customers. Works with both UK & EU agents understanding needs and providing support. Communication with warehouses in both UK & EU, placing orders & queries. Key company records to be maintained and updated when required for our products.

CRM experience Work experience within the golf industry (Trade or Retail capacity) Golf product knowledge

Pay: 29,000.00-30,000.00 per year
