From sales inquiries to after-sales support, this position plays a key part in fostering long-term relationships with our customers and ensuring they are happy with both their vehicle purchase and ongoing service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide assistance with product information, services, and general inquiries, either in person, over the phone, or via email.
Sales Support:
Assist customers with selecting the right vehicle by answering questions, explaining features and benefits, and offering test drives. Provide information on financing options and promotions.
Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and calm manner. Work with other departments to resolve issues in a timely fashion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Feedback:
Collect and record customer feedback to help improve services and identify areas for improvement. Follow up on customer surveys and reviews.
Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams:
Communicate customer needs and concerns to the sales and service teams to ensure coordinated, efficient, and high-quality service.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with processing paperwork related to sales, service, and warranty claims. Ensure customer documentation is complete and accurate.
General Dealership Support:
Assist other departments as needed, including during high-traffic times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, automotive sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers in a positive and professional manner.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
