Our client is currently recruiting 6 experienced customer service advisors to join their busy operation.
Working Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700, you will be working within their busy call centre mainly dealing with outbound calls booking deliveries.
This is an office based job. You will spend 98% of your time on the phone liaising with drivers and customers to arrange and update customer deliveries. Average length of calls last between 10-15 minutes.
You will play a critical role in the supply chain of people receiving their critical medication.
Ideally you will have previous call centre experience, but if not a customer service background is key.
The start date is Monday 1st August so you must be able to start then and due to the intense 4 week training programme, have no holidays or appointments booked during this initial 4 weeks to receive and understand all of the training provided.
