In this role, you'll learn how to win new business, speak to customers, and plan smart transport solutions across the UK. You'll be trained to manage bookings, negotiate prices, and match the right vehicle and driver to each job -- all while building strong customer relationships.

What you'll be doing:

Finding and contacting new customers (B2B & B2C) Promoting Speedy Freight services over the phone Booking jobs and arranging vehicles and drivers Negotiating prices and solving transport challenges Keeping systems and CRM up to date Working closely with drivers, customers, and other branches

What we're looking for:

Confident communicator with a good phone manner Organised, proactive, and happy to learn Comfortable using IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook) GCSE-level English & Maths Full UK driving licence

Nice to have (but not essential):

Interest in sales, logistics, or transport Customer service or telesales experience
