We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle all customer enquiries across telephone, email, website and social media, ensuring every interaction is proactive, friendly and solution focused.
Order Processing:
Accurately manage and process customer orders across all platforms.
Showroom Support:
Assist customers visiting our showroom, providing knowledgeable and professional service.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
General Administration:
Carry out a range of office and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team.
Trustpilot Management:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, providing thoughtful feedback and escalating issues where required.
Marketing Support:
Assist with basic marketing administration tasks when needed.
Trade Show Attendance:
We exhibit at 2 trade shows a year (February and October), you will be part of the team dealing with face-to-face enquiries from the general public.
Comprehensive training will be provided to support a smooth and successful transition into the role.
We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
A minimum of 2years of experience in customer service and general administration.
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging telephone and face-to-face manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
The capacity to perform effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.
A proactive and adaptable learning style.
Position Details:
Job Type:
Permanent, Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary:
25,000.00 per annum.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
