The position of "Customer Service Advisor " has become available based from our office in Heywood.
The role and responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor is to follow up on all outstanding quotations which have been sent to the customer following a reactive call or preventative maintenance inspection to their site. and which has been created from our BigChange CRM
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Sales & Technical Team
From seeking approval of our proposal assist with the processing and update on the BigChange portal with all the details.
Obtaining feedback from customers following our installation works.
Collect and analyse customer feedback regarding our products, and rating the service.
Identifying areas for improvement from feedback.
Assisting with the preparation of Installation Manuals to be sent to the customer. Sending out Datasheets / FAQ statements.
Answering emails and phone queries from clients and able to deal with appropriately
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Confident and professional phone manner
Able to work on own initiative
Proficient in Microsoft disciplines
Good telephone manner
