Sales Advisor/Customer Service Advisor



Please note- this role is office based.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE AND OWN YOUR OWN VEHICLE



Peter Christian is a family run mail order and ecommerce menswear brand, selling high quality, classic garments and accessories for the mature market, in the UK and internationally.

Sales Advisor/Customer Service Provider



You will have the very important job of being the first point of contact for customers placing telephone orders or who have queries about our products and service. The face (or should that be voice) of the company, you will represent the business and strive to maintain our excellent reputation.

While there is structure and routine in some of the daily tasks, every day is different as customers will present you with new and varied challenges daily. Being able to deal with queries creatively, considerately and with patience is essential.

What we're looking for:



Someone who is familiar with working on a PC and willing to learn new technologies.

An enthusiastic team member who is keen to help out in other departments when needed.

Punctual with a good work ethic.

Someone with strong communication skills with a strong telephone manner and the ability to build a good rapport with the customer.

Someone who is polite and professional at all times and who is willing to go 'the extra mile' to exceed customer expectations.

Good administration skills with the to use Word, Excel and Outlook.

Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.

Responsibilities:



Taking inbound sales and service calls Calling customers to resolve issues Responding to Trustpilot customer reviews Providing Live Chat assistance Daily office admin Replying to customer emails Processing returns paperwork

Qualifications/Skills:



GCSE English grade 4 (C) or above Relevant work experience. Word, Excel and Outlook Zendesk experience is desirable but not essential Big Commerce experience desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
