Customer Service Administrator
to join their busy and professional team.
This is a full-time, office-based position offering a friendly working environment, long-term stability, and the opportunity to grow within a respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage UK and international customer orders from enquiry to delivery
Process orders accurately and liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams
Provide excellent service and timely communication to customers
Maintain accurate records within CRM and order management systems
Support data and product updates, as well as internal projects and reporting
Occasionally assist with visitor and event coordination
About You:
Demonstrable experience in a similar Customer Service / Order Processing role
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
Experienced in CRM and order management systems
Confident, professional communicator with a proactive attitude
Experience within manufacturing or export environments advantageous
Competitive, dependent on experience; up to 30,000 for the right person
