Customer Service Advisor - Accenture, on behalf of Virgin Media 02



Start date:

15th September 2025

Salary:

25,889 plus commission

Hybrid working:

50% office based (Newcastle - Cobalt Business Park), 50% home based (after completion of up to 10 weeks office-based training)

Shift patterns

are Monday to Friday from 8am - 8pm (including bank holidays) with the possibility of occasional weekends.


We're looking for friendly, helpful people to join our

Customer Service team

, supporting Virgin Media customers. You'll be answering calls and helping with all sorts of queries - from quick billing questions to trickier tech issues that might need a bit more digging.


If you've got

previous customer service experience

(bonus points if it's in a contact centre!) and you're calm under pressure, great at building relationships, and genuinely enjoy helping people - we'll teach you the rest.

We'd love to hear from you if you:



Have at least

9 months' experience

in a contact centre or customer-facing telecoms role. Are passionate about delivering amazing customer service. Communicate clearly and confidently. Stay cool under pressure in a busy environment. Are happy learning new systems and using multiple IT tools. Have some sales experience (a plus, but not essential - we'll train you!).
