As a market-leading insurance broker within the Beauty and Aesthetic sector, Insync Insurance, a valued part of the Brown & Brown group, are experiencing consistent growth and are now looking for experienced individuals to join our vibrant Existing Business team.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for the maintenance of our customer's policies that are due for renewal in the up-and-coming future Ensuring that clients receive their renewal quotation in a timely manner, with a high level of accuracy, and that they are provided with all the support required to assist them in renewing their policy. Our renewals team feed on the challenge and love nothing more than engaging with our customers and maintaining relationships, so the successful candidate will need to be outgoing, positive, and enjoy negotiating with our customer base.

Criteria:

Insurance experience is preferred, as well as experience in a contact centre environment, however, we believe that skills are transferable, we can certainly train those who have the right attitude and customer focus.
