Your Role Will Involve:

Working Hours :

06.30 - 15.00 Monday - Friday with a 30 minute lunch break and alternating Saturday mornings 07.00 - 12.00

Customer Liaison:

Scheduling and managing customer bookings for routine visits and breakdown situations, as well as face to face interactions when vehicles are dropped off and collected from us.

Workshop Liaison:

You will be the vital link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring all customer requests and progress updates are clearly communicated.

Administration:

Using our state-of-the-art Dealer Management System, you'll be responsible for producing job cards for our technicians and converting these to invoices once works are completed (We're working towards a paperless process!). Also, franchises will be kept up to date using various web portals.

We're Looking For:

An understanding of modern automotive service reception processes. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer facing environment and can always provide service with a smile! Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. Experience and competence with IT systems including Microsoft packages, plus the ability to learn our DMS.
