Customer Service Team Member

to join our buzzing customer care hub. You'll be the friendly voice behind our brand - helping franchisees and customers with everything from placing orders to solving queries.

This position is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handling inbound and outbound calls with a smile in your voice Managing orders, returns, and credits through our internal systems Building product knowledge so you can wow our customers with answers Helping customers across the UK and beyond Working with internal teams and suppliers to make magic happen Spotting ways to improve how we work and jumping in with suggestions Keeping calm under pressure and prioritising like a pro

What You'll Bring:

A natural ability to connect with people Top-notch written and verbal communication skills Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A sharp eye for detail - nothing gets past you A proactive attitude - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves Experience in customer service (2+ years ideal - or transferable skills welcome!) GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
