The Role
As a Customer Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our store. You'll deliver brilliant customer service, support day-to-day shop operations, and help showcase our products in a way that reflects our brand.
What You'll Do
Welcome customers and offer friendly, personalised assistance
Help customers find styles, sizes, and outfits that match their needs
Maintain excellent product knowledge across collections
Keep the shop floor tidy, well-organised, and visually appealing
Process purchases, exchanges, and returns accurately
Support stock deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom organisation
Promote store offers, loyalty schemes, and new arrivals
Handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism
What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment
Reliable, proactive, and a team player
Previous retail experience is helpful -- but not essential, as full training will be provided
