CloudRx is a digital prescribing platform launched in Jan 2020 that allows the growing number of private prescribers including private GP's, consultants, nurses and pharmacists to create a private electronic prescription.

Our free platform allows private prescribers to create and instantly transmit legally valid, digitally signed electronic prescriptions to our pharmacy in Leeds. All prescriptions are dispensed and dispatched by our established, fully GPhC registered pharmacy - with highly trained technicians under the control of an experienced senior pharmacist.

We have over 400 private clinics, specialist Harley Street consultants and sports doctors from leading premiership football clubs.

Main purpose of the role



The Customer Service Advisor will work under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and will carry out day to day activities connected with the communication, the preparation and supply of medicines.

Primary responsibilities



To answer all telephone calls received into the business either from clinic partners or patients within agreed service levels. Offering to contact the person back if the query is going to take a while whilst their concerns or queries are investigated further. To respond to all emails within the same day of receiving. If further investigations are required a holding email is sent to the recipient. All emails are responded to using any pre populated templates wherever possible. To investigate and respond to any complaints received seeking guidance and bringing this to the Pharmacy Manager should there be any corrective actions to be addressed and implemented. Ensuring these are logged in the dispensing incident register. To assist the clinic partners and patients with any medication queries seeking guidance from the Pharmacist. Communicate with all delivery couriers and patients to investigate any delivery questions and assisting the patients if any parcels as unexpectedly delayed To investigated daily any prescriptions not dispatched within the dispatch manager and look to resolve these. To maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of pharmacy issues for the purposes of continuing professional development. To work as part of a team and actively demonstrate a willingness to support and achieve the overall business objectives.

Person specification



NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or will be enrolled to achieve this. Trustworthy and understanding of confidentiality issues. High level of concentration. Strong communication and excellent customer service skills both written and verbally. Professional, tactful and friendly attitude. Ability to work effectively to deadlines. Excellent team working skills. IT literate. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
