This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful organisation who specialise in niche insurance products.The roleWe are looking for talented individual to join our small and friendly team, who are self-motivated, have initiative and are keen to take on responsibility. We are seeking individuals with a desire to progress within our company.You don't need to have extensive customer service experience to join us; just a friendly and enthusiastic nature, a real interest in helping people, and a willingness to learn. We will give you the tools and training you need to succeed.Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Handling calls from customers effectively and efficiently.
  • Resolving customer calls at first point of contact where possible by using available tools and resources.
  • Using various computer systems to update and maintain customer records accurately.
  • Chasing customer information.
  • Managing post, emails and photocopying administrative duties.
  • Entering data and updating personal details of customers.
  • Working well within a team.
