What You'll Do:
Speak with customers via phone, email, and in-person Resolve queries with a positive, problem-solving attitude Deliver high-quality service with every interaction Build lasting relationships with customers and the team Work to KPIs while keeping customer satisfaction front and centre
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach Strong team player with a customer-first mindset Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus -- but not essential
