ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's helping with product queries, troubleshooting, or warranty support - you'll make every interaction smooth, friendly, and efficient.
Responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer queries via phone, email, live chat and social media.
Handling product questions, returns, warranty claims, order tracking and more.
Delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience that reflects our premium brand.
Resolving issues on a first contact basis where possible, with empathy and professionalism.
Maintaining accurate customer records and personal data securely in line with GDPR.
Meeting personal and team KPIs and service levels.
Keep your product knowledge up to date through regular training..
Representing the ghd tone of voice across all communication channels.
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about helping people.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in a Contact Centre or customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A confident, professional telephone manner and a passion for customer satisfaction.
The ability to empathise, problem-solve, and handle objections calmly and clearly.
A friendly, positive attitude and a natural team player mindset.
Strong attention to detail and a drive to exceed expectations.
Bonus: An interest in the beauty industry or luxury consumer brands.
