We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilise your strong communication and analytical skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience with our financial services. Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous as you will be using it to manage customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Utilise Salesforce to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications. Analyse customer feedback and issues to identify trends and provide insights for process improvements. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Educate customers about our financial services and products, guiding them through the features and benefits. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback on their experience.

Requirements



Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Excellent analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
