What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer service calls with professionalism and care Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and finding the right solution Actioning queries quickly and accurately to keep everything running smoothly Updating customer details and managing cases in our simple CRM system Working closely with colleagues to make sure our service is always clean, simple, and reliable
What we're looking for

A confident communicator with a friendly, helpful approach Someone who thrives on solving problems and keeping customers happy Organised, attentive to detail, and able to manage different queries at once Positive, proactive, and a real team player Customer service experience is a bonus
