Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Be a vital link between our customers and delivery depots, communicating confidently via phone and email
Looking after a group of customers providing dedicated 1-to-1 support
Resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle quoting and booking for UK and international shipments like a pro
Manage returns smoothly and efficiently
Monitor shipments using our IT platform
Keep the wheels turning with essential administrative tasks
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional service
Join our Sales Team on customer visits, showing your expertise first hand
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
A proactive go-getter with a passion for customer excellence
Computer literate with strong literacy and numeracy skills
Solid knowledge of UK geography to navigate customer needs
Able to work independently but also thrive in a team environment
Bonus points for logistics industry experience!
