This is a fantastic opportunity to join MCF which is a family run business in a friendly working environment. MCF are a third party logistic provider who have multiple fulfilment centres. We store our customers goods in a warehouse which staff pick, pack orders and despatch them. (like Amazon do)
We are growing a fast rate and are now looking for another customer services team member to join our ever growing team to come on this exciting journey with us.
This person will be working in our office and will required to adopt a pro-active approach to customer services and in doing so reduce the need for customer contact.
Experience in this role is essential as this role will consist of representing the company to all their customers by sending out daily communications to all customers as well as dealing with any customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Full training will be provided on how to use our I.T. system but the candidate must be computer literate including excel & word. This person must be competent in English literature as you will be representing the company with all customer communications.
Day to day tasks with full training included by Customer Service Supervisor
Liaise with the warehouse staff including leadership team on customer issues or resolutions
Answer Email & telephone for all customer queries
Be confident in attending and hosting video calls with customers
Problem solving with effective resolution
Service measurement and reporting to provide to customers
Raising claims and credits for customers
Answering queries on portal called Mintsoft (training provided)
Setting up new customers onto the system
Track orders and provide updates as and when required
Set up collections from time to time from delivery address to the warehouse
We are looking for full or part time positions depending upon flexibility of the individuals working hours.
