Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, well-organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in providing support with orders, communicating updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident in problem-solving, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all customers feel supported and valued.
Act as a gatekeeper, handling inbound enquiries, taking accurate messages, and directing queries appropriately.
Support customers with orders, providing guidance and updates at every stage.
Use shared systems to track orders and advise customers on the status of their goods.
Communicate with logistics companies to confirm delivery times and resolve delivery queries.
Provide positive reinforcement to customers, maintaining professionalism and a well-mannered approach at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems and improve processes.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional manner.
Able to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
Confident multitasker, capable of managing different priorities at once.
Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
