Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing sales team. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, this is an energised customer facing role that is crucial to the company's sales performance and reputation.
You will
Take incoming sales calls and messages from customers and set orders up
Assist customers with use of the Materials Market site, placing an order, delivery times, products, deliveries or payments
Liaise with suppliers to source products and coordinate orders and deliveries
Update customer information in the database during and after each message or call
Work with the management team to stay up to date on products offered through the Materials Market site
Work to achieve KPIs as set out by the Sales Office Manager
Maintain a high level of repeat business by keeping in touch with customer requirements through calls, messages and emails
